Airline Series Fare Distribution Made Simple

EazyPNR gives series fare suppliers one place to load seat blocks, set agent fares and publish inventory, and gives travel agents one place to find, compare and book those seats.

What you get
  • Series inventory by airline, route and departure date
  • Net fare, agent fare and markup control per supplier
  • Distribution to approved agents only
  • Booking, name list and PNR tracking in one place
The basics

What is a series fare?

A series fare is a fare attached to a block of seats on a recurring set of departures - for example the same flight every Friday for a season. A consolidator, wholesaler or tour operator commits to the block with the airline, usually against a deposit, and resells the seats to travel agents at a net or agent fare.

Because the seats are already held, agents can confirm a booking instantly instead of waiting for availability, and the supplier earns margin on every seat it manages to sell before the airline's release date. The catch is risk: seats that are still unnamed at the name list deadline may be lost or charged. That is why distribution speed matters. Read the full explainer: what are airline series fares.

Frequently asked questions

Who can sell series fares on EazyPNR?

Any business that holds airline series inventory - consolidators, wholesalers, tour operators and group fare suppliers - can apply to list it. Supplier accounts are reviewed before inventory goes live. Become a supplier.

Can travel agents book series fares directly?

Yes. Approved agents search the inventory distributed to them, see their agent fare, submit passenger details and receive the booking and PNR status in their account.

How are series fares distributed?

Each supplier decides who sees each series: all approved agents, a tier, or named agents. Agents only see inventory they are allowed to book.

What happens when a series sells out?

Seat counts update with every booking. When a departure reaches zero it closes automatically for agents, and the supplier can reopen it if more seats are confirmed.

Is EazyPNR a consumer flight booking website?

No. It is a B2B platform for travel businesses. Consumers book through the travel agents who use it.
