Who can register as an EazyPNR agent?
Registered travel businesses: travel agencies (IATA and non-IATA), OTAs, tour operators, DMCs and corporate travel companies. We verify every application before access is granted.
Do I need IATA accreditation?
No. Non-IATA agencies can apply. Suppliers on EazyPNR decide which agents they distribute to and on what payment terms, so IATA status is one of the details they may consider.
What will I be able to book?
Series fares, fixed departure seats, pre-blocked seats and allotments that suppliers have published to you. You see your agent price, the remaining seats and the fare rules before you book.
How do I pay for bookings?
Payment terms are set by each supplier, for example prepayment or a deposit, or credit where a supplier offers it to you. Terms are shown before you confirm.
How long does approval take?
We aim to review applications within one business day. We may ask for business registration documents before activating your account.
Hold airline inventory as well?
Tour operators and consolidators can also list their own seats for other agents to sell.
