Everything You Need to Sell Airline Series Inventory

EazyPNR covers the full life of a seat block: loading the series, pricing it for agents, distributing it, taking bookings, tracking PNRs and warning you before deadlines bite. Each feature below links to a page that goes deeper.

Core modules
  • Series fare and fixed departure management
  • Airline inventory by route, date and supplier
  • Agent distribution and agent-specific pricing
  • Bookings, PNRs and inventory alerts
Series fare management

Load a series once, with every detail agents need

A series record on EazyPNR holds everything an agent would otherwise have to ask the supplier about. The supplier enters airline, flight number, origin, destination, travel dates, departure and arrival times, seats held, adult, child and infant fares, baggage allowance, fare rules and cancellation rules.

Operational dates sit on the same record: the name deadline, the release date and any PNR information the supplier wants to attach. See the series fare management system page for the full workflow.

  • Passenger-type fares adult, child and infant fares are stored separately, so agents quote families correctly.
  • Rules in context baggage, fare and cancellation rules travel with the seat, not in a separate message.
  • Deadline fields the name deadline and release date drive alerts automatically.
Inventory and departures

See every seat you hold, sliced the way you work

Inventory, departures, distribution, bookings and PNRs are separate modules that share one live seat count.

Airline inventory management

View inventory by airline, route, sector, date, flight and supplier, with available, sold and remaining seats on every line. Airline inventory management.

Fixed departure management

Set up repeated departures on the same flight pattern and hold date-specific inventory for each one. Fixed departure flights.

Agent distribution

Publish each series to all approved agents, a selected group or named agencies only. Agent distribution.

Booking management

Booking requests, confirmed and pending bookings, passengers, PNRs, tickets, cancellations and refund requests in one queue. Booking management.

PNR management

A PNR against every booking, with name list status, ticketing time limit and ticket numbers. PNR management.

Inventory alerts

Warnings for low seats, sold-out departures, approaching release dates, fare changes and bookings still pending.

Agent pricing

The pricing terms behind every agent fare

Pricing is set by the supplier and can vary by series, agent group or individual agent. These are the terms used in the pricing screens.

TermWhat it meansWho sees it
Net fareThe supplier's cost or base price for the seat, before any agent-facing upliftSupplier only
Supplier marginWhat the supplier adds on top of net to cover block risk and earn on the seatSupplier only
MarkupThe uplift applied by series, tier or agent to arrive at the agent fareSupplier only
Agent fareThe price an agent pays for the seat, shown at search and on the bookingSupplier and agent
Agent-specific pricingA different agent fare for a named agency on the same block, for example a high-volume partnerSupplier and that agent

How net fares and margins are structured depends on each supplier's airline contract. EazyPNR applies the pricing the supplier sets.

Inventory alerts

What the platform warns you about

Alerts turn the dates and seat counts on each series into reminders, so nobody has to watch a spreadsheet.

Low seats

A departure is close to selling out, so you can ask for more seats or review the fare.

Sold out

Remaining seats reach zero and the departure closes to agents automatically.

Release date approaching

Unsold seats are about to go back to the airline. Push them harder or release early.

Fare changes

An agent fare has been changed, so quotes already in progress can be rechecked.

Pending bookings

Requests are waiting for confirmation, holding seats that are not yet sold.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

More answers on the FAQs page, or ask our team.

Which features do travel agents use?

Agents use search, booking and PNR tracking. They see series and fixed departures distributed to them at their agent fare, submit passengers and follow each booking through to ticket. Register as an agent.

Which features do suppliers use?

Suppliers use series and inventory management, agent pricing, distribution, booking confirmation, PNR updates and alerts. Supplier accounts are reviewed before inventory is published.

Can a supplier price the same series differently for different agents?

Yes. Markups can be set by agent group or for a named agent, so two agencies can see different agent fares on the same block while the net fare stays hidden.

Does the platform track name deadlines and release dates?

Yes. Both are fields on each series and drive alerts, so suppliers are warned before unnamed or unsold seats are lost or charged under the airline contract.

Is there an API?

Integration requirements can be discussed during a demo. The features described on this page are delivered through the web platform.
