Book Series Fares in Minutes, Not Message Threads
Instead of asking several suppliers on WhatsApp whether a seat is still free, approved agents on EazyPNR search live series inventory, see their own fare and submit passengers in one flow.
- Live seat counts from multiple suppliers
- Your agent fare shown before you book
- Clear instant or on-request status
- Booking and PNR status in your account
Six steps from search to PNR
The same flow applies whichever supplier holds the seats.
Search inventory
Enter sector and travel date to see every series departure distributed to you.
Compare fares
Line up suppliers by fare, timings, baggage and fare rules on the same date.
Select seats
Choose the number of adults, children and infants; the seat count is checked live.
Submit passenger details
Enter names exactly as on the passport or ID, plus any details the supplier requires.
Confirm booking
Instant bookings confirm straight away; on-request bookings go to the supplier.
Receive PNR
The PNR and booking status appear in your account once the supplier issues them.
Instant vs on-request bookings
Each supplier chooses how a series is sold. The booking screen always tells you which applies before you commit.
| Instant booking | On-request booking | |
|---|---|---|
| How it confirms | Immediately, against seats already held | After the supplier accepts the request |
| Best for | Standard seats on open departures | Large parties, last seats, special conditions |
| Seat count | Reduced at the moment you book | Held while the supplier reviews, depending on their settings |
| What you tell the client | Confirmed, PNR to follow | Requested, awaiting supplier confirmation |
Know exactly how long a seat is yours
Some suppliers allow a short hold so you can collect payment or final names from your client. When a hold applies, its expiry is shown on the booking. If it lapses, the seat returns to inventory for other agents.
Separately, every series has a supplier name deadline set by the airline contract. Bookings made close to that date may need names immediately, so the booking screen shows what is required before you submit.
- Hold expiry visible on the booking, not buried in a message.
- Name requirements shown before you submit, so nothing is rejected later.
- Status updates pending, confirmed, ticketed or cancelled in one list.

Why do different agents see different fares?
Suppliers can set fares by agent tier or individual agency. You always see the fare that applies to your account.
Can I book children and infants on a series fare?
Yes, where the supplier has loaded child and infant fares for that departure. The fare for each passenger type is shown before you book.
What if the seats sell out while I am booking?
Seat counts are checked when you confirm. If the departure has sold out in the meantime, the booking will not go through and you can choose another option.
Can I cancel a series fare booking?
Cancellation follows the supplier's cancellation rules shown on the result. Many series fares are restrictive, so check them before confirming with your client.
