For group travel

Group Flight Inventory Platform

Groups rarely fit one flight neatly. EazyPNR lets group travel specialists find seat blocks from multiple suppliers, split a group across departures when they need to, and keep deposits and name lists under control.

What you get
  • Group seat blocks from multiple suppliers
  • Groups split across departures and dates
  • Name list status per passenger
  • Deposit and payment terms visible upfront
Who uses it

Groups with fixed dates and no flexibility

Each segment has its own pattern, but all of them need seats confirmed well before names are final.

Religious and pilgrimage groups

Travel tied to religious calendars, where demand peaks on the same dates every year.

Student and educational groups

School and university trips fixed by term dates, often with late changes to the traveller list.

Sports groups

Teams and supporters travelling for fixtures and tournaments on dates set by the event.

Corporate groups

Off-sites, training and roadshows where a company needs everyone on the same flight.

Festival and wedding groups

Families and guests travelling together around a single event date.

Package groups

Escorted tours where the group flies out and back on the tour dates.

Seat blocks

Deposits, name lists and deadlines in one record

Group and series seats typically come with a deposit, a date by which the balance is due and a deadline for passenger names. Miss any one of them and seats can be released. Each block on EazyPNR shows the supplier's terms so you can plan collection from your group before you commit.

  • Deposit terms what is due and when, as set by the supplier for that series.
  • Name list status which seats are named and which are still placeholders.
  • Cancellation rules what happens if the group shrinks after booking.
Splitting groups

When one flight cannot take the whole group

Large groups often have to travel on two or more departures. Here is how that works on the platform.

Search nearby dates

Look at the same route across adjacent departures and suppliers.

Book the blocks

Take seats on each departure as separate bookings under the same group.

Assign travellers

Allocate names to each departure as your list firms up.

Track each PNR

Every departure keeps its own PNR, name status and ticket numbers.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

More answers on the FAQs page, or ask our team.

Is a group booking on EazyPNR the same as an airline group request?

Not quite. An airline group request asks the airline to quote and hold new seats. On EazyPNR you book seats a supplier already holds, so the price and availability are known at the time you book.

Can I book a group across more than one supplier?

Yes. If one supplier cannot cover the whole group, you can book seats from another supplier on the same or a nearby departure.

How do deposits work?

Deposit and payment terms are set by each supplier for each series. Check them on the series before booking a large block.

What if group numbers drop after booking?

It depends on the cancellation rules on that series. Group seats are often non-refundable close to the name deadline, so confirm numbers early.

I hold group blocks myself. Can I sell spare seats?

Yes. Group specialists who hold blocks can apply to become a supplier and distribute unused seats to other agents.
